Medeski, Martin & Wood is an America  jazz trio that formed in 1991 and became widely known for their innovative style, blending traditional jazz with elements of funk, hip-hop, blues, and even electronic music. John Medeski (keyboard and piano), Billy Martin (drums and percussion), and Chris Wood (bass)  have pushed the boundaries of jazz, creating a sound that appeals to both jazz aficionados and those who are new to the genre.
